How to Eject Water from Android Speaker
Android got wet? Water in the speaker causes muffled, crackling, or completely silent sound. This guide covers every Android brand — Samsung, Xiaomi, Realme, OnePlus, Oppo, Vivo, Motorola, and Pixel — with exact steps to eject water from speaker in 30 seconds using sound frequency technology.
Select Your Android Brand
All brands below use the same Fix My Speaker tool. Select your brand to jump to specific steps.
Fastest Method — Sound Frequency Tool
High frequency sound waves create vibrations inside the speaker cavity. These vibrations physically push water droplets out through the speaker grille holes. The same technology is used in professional water resistant device testing.
⚠️ Do NOT put your Android phone in rice. Rice absorbs humidity in the air — not water trapped inside the speaker. It can push rice dust further into the grille and make damage worse.
Samsung — Galaxy S and A Series
IP68 RatedSamsung Galaxy S series phones are IP68 rated — water resistant up to 1.5 metres for 30 minutes. However IP68 does not protect against saltwater, pool water or pressurised water. The S24 Ultra and S23 Ultra have stereo speakers — both bottom and top speakers may need ejecting.
Xiaomi and Redmi
IP rating varies by modelXiaomi and Redmi phones vary widely in water resistance. Flagship Xiaomi 14 series has IP68. Most Redmi budget models have no official IP rating — but they still respond well to the sound ejection tool. Sound from phone speaker Xiaomi comes from the bottom right side.
Realme
IP rating varies by modelRealme GT series has IP54 splash resistance. Most Realme C and Narzo series have no IP rating. Despite this, the sound frequency tool works effectively to eject water from the phone speaker realme.
OnePlus, Oppo and Vivo
IP65 to IP68OnePlus 12 has IP65 rating. Oppo Find X series has IP68. Vivo X series has IP68. All three brands share similar speaker grille designs at the bottom of the phone. The sound tool works identically on all three brands.
Motorola and Google Pixel
IP68 Pixel / IP52 MotoGoogle Pixel 8 and 9 series have IP68 rating. Motorola Edge series has IP68. Moto G series has IP52 splash resistance. Pixel phones have a built in water eject feature in the Pixel Sounds app — but our tool works faster and more effectively.
Android IP Ratings — Know Your Protection Level
